Closing October together: thanking our partners in Quetta

At the close of a good October, the Mobilistan team went to the places where our work actually happens, and thanked four partner shops in person.
We stepped away from the office and visited four of our partner shops in Quetta. We had one purpose, which was to thank them in person.

Where Mobilistan meets its customers
A Mobilistan plan may be designed in an office, but customers experience it at a shop counter. Our partners are the ones who explain the plan, help with the application, and hand over the phone once it is approved.
Each of those moments shapes what a customer thinks of Mobilistan. A clear explanation builds confidence, and a patient answer earns trust. No system can do these things alone, and our partners do them every day, for every customer who walks in.
Listening to the people at the counter
Partners see what a head office cannot: where a customer gets confused, which step takes too long, and what could be simpler.
One recent change shows why that matters. Our partners told us that a full application took a long time, and that the time was lost if the customer was not approved. So we changed the process. An application now begins with a short customer check, and the full application follows only once the customer is approved. Details already given are not asked for again.
The idea came from our partners, and it saves time for shops and customers alike. We want more of our improvements to begin this way.
Growing together
Mobilistan keeps growing, and the shops that work with us are a large part of why. A good month is the result of many people doing their work well, often out of our sight. These visits were a chance to recognise that in person, and to hear directly from our partners about what they need from us next.
