Delete your account

For the MPay app and mobilistan.pk — they share one login. Confirm your number with a WhatsApp code, and the login is deleted straight away.

What we delete

  • Your login for MPay and mobilistan.pk
  • Your website profile: name, email and email preferences
  • Your MPay notifications, and the codes used to send them to your phone

What we keep, by law

The records of your phone purchase: the Sale Agreement, the instalment plan, every payment and receipt, and the application behind it. Accounting and tax law requires us to keep these for at least seven years after the plan ends.

Deleting your login does not cancel a plan or what is still owed. Instalment reminders keep coming on WhatsApp until the plan is paid.
