Plans
- Length
- 3, 6 or 9 months.
- Advance
- Three choices for every phone, from 20% to 60% of the price depending on the phone. A bigger advance means a smaller monthly instalment. Paid only when the customer accepts the sale.
- Every plan
- The Qist Calculator shows the advance, monthly instalment and total for every phone before you apply.
- Who can apply
- Anyone aged 18 to 65 with their own CNIC and a mobile number on WhatsApp, plus a guarantor and one reference. The form takes about ten minutes.
- Paying early
- Allowed at any time. The price is fixed, so paying early does not by itself reduce it.

- How
- JazzCash Tap to Pay at mobilistan.pk/pay, the Mobilistan app, or the payments helpline 0370-8199951.
- Paying for someone
- Anyone can pay for a customer: search by WhatsApp number, IMEI or CNIC on /pay and pay from their own JazzCash wallet.
If a payment is late
- Reminders
- Two days before the due date, on the due date, and the day after.
- Final notice
- At 10:00 (Pakistan time) on the second day after the due date.
- Restriction
- If still unpaid at 15:00 that day, the phone may be restricted. It is released automatically, usually within minutes, once the overdue instalment is paid. There is never a charge.
- After the last instalment
- The security on the phone is removed for good.

Is buying a phone on qist from Mobilistan halal?
Yes. It is a Musawamah sale, not a loan: Mobilistan buys and owns the phone first, then sells it to you at one fixed price. There is no interest and no late fee. It is certified by Al Hijrah Sharia Advisory Services. See the Sharia page.
How much is the monthly instalment?
It depends on the phone, the advance you choose and whether you pay over 3, 6 or 9 months. The Qist Calculator shows the exact advance, monthly amount and total for every phone.
What do I need to apply?
Your original CNIC, a mobile number on WhatsApp, a selfie, your address and work, and the details of a guarantor and one reference. You must be 18 to 65. See what to keep ready.
What happens if I pay late?
No fee is ever added. You get reminders two days before, on the day and the day after. On the second day after the due date you get a final notice at 10:00, and if it is still unpaid at 15:00 the phone may be restricted until you pay. It is released automatically once you pay.
