The kind of work we do
- Sales: helping customers at our branches choose the right phone and plan.
- Area Sales Managers: finding and supporting partner shops in a city.
- Recovery Officers: following up late instalments, always with courtesy and respect.
- Branch and City Managers: running a branch or a city.
- Office roles: accounts, customer support and operations.
Roles open as we grow, and not every role is open at every time.
How we work
We treat customers the way we would want our own families treated. We are honest about prices, we never threaten or shame anyone over a late payment, and we follow our Sharia advisor’s rules in every sale.
