Every phone carries its maker’s warranty
Every phone we sell carries the manufacturer’s official warranty. Repairs and replacements under it are carried out by the manufacturer’s authorised service centre, on the manufacturer’s own terms.
How to claim
Take the phone, its box and your purchase details to the brand’s authorised service centre. If you are not sure where to go, contact us and we will help.
Faulty when you received it
Contact us straight away with a photograph or video of the problem, and we will help you get it checked.
Instalments during a repair
A warranty repair does not pause your instalments. If a repair takes unusually long, contact us and we will look at your situation.
