1. Returns

Eligibility:

  • Products: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Certain items, such as custom or personalized products, may not be eligible for return.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and manuals. Products that show signs of wear or have been used may not be eligible for return.

How to Return:

  1. Request a Return: Contact our customer service team at info@mobilistan.pk with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and send it to the address provided with your RMA number. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

2. Refunds

Processing:

  • Inspection: Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
  • Refund Issuance: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return is approved. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exceptions:

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to digital downloads, gift cards, and clearance items.
  • Restocking Fee: We may charge a restocking fee for items that are returned outside of our 30-day return window or are not in their original condition.

3. Exchanges

Eligibility:

  • Replacement: If you received a damaged or defective item, we will exchange it for the same product at no additional cost. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with details of the issue.

How to Exchange:

  1. Report the Issue: Email our customer service team at info@mobilistan.pk with your order number and a description of the problem.
  2. Return Instructions: We will provide you with instructions on how to return the defective item and ship the replacement.
