1. Best Price Promise

If you find a lower price on an identical item from a competitor’s store or website within 30 days of your purchase, we’ll match that price or refund the difference. To qualify, the item must meet the following criteria:

• Same Brand and Model: The product must be identical to the one purchased from Mobilistan, including brand, model, and specifications.
• In-Stock and Available: The item must be in stock and available for purchase at the lower price.
• Valid Price: The competitor’s price must be verifiable and currently available. This includes prices found in physical stores or on other websites.

2. How to Request a Price Match

To request a price match or a refund of the difference, follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@mobilistan.pk or call us at +92 336 1133118. Provide us with details of the item and the competitor’s price.
2. Provide Proof: Include a link to the competitor’s website or a copy of the advertisement showing the lower price. If the competitor’s store is local, you may also need to provide a photo of the in-store price tag.
3. Verification: Our team will verify the competitor’s price and confirm that the item meets our Price Guarantee criteria.
4. Adjustment: If everything is in order, we will process a refund for the difference or adjust the price accordingly.

3. Exclusions and Limitations

Please note that certain conditions and exclusions apply:

• Limited-Time Offers: Our Price Guarantee does not apply to limited-time offers, clearance items, closeout sales, or special promotions.
• Errors and Misprints: We are not responsible for pricing errors or misprints in competitor advertisements.
• Bundle Deals: Prices for items sold as part of a bundle or package deal are excluded from our Price Guarantee.
• Membership or Subscription Discounts: Prices available only through membership or subscription programs are excluded.
